CUSTOM HEADERS AND EXHAUST

JBA custom-built long tube headers are dyno and race-proven to deliver the greatest possible increase in horsepower and torque throughout the RPM range. All JBA long tube headers feature large mandrel-bent stainless steel primary tubes designed for fit, plug clearance, starter and clutch housing access, equal length percentage, rotational firing order, stepped primary, precision flange exhaust port fitment, extra-thick 3/8" one-piece flanges, and patented JBA Firecone®* merged collectors for improved collector transitional exhaust gas flow. Each system is designed to provide the maximum amount of ground clearance possible.

MID-PIPES

JBA mid-pipes free up more valuable power by eliminating restrictions between the headers and exhaust system. These components feature mandrel-bent stainless steel construction, factory-style mounting, and high-flow catalytic converters*. Many of these systems can be installed with stock manifolds, while others are required for the installation of JBA Headers.
